African Caribbean Matchmaking Agency · blackdatingv.com · Last updated 23 August 2026

Purpose

This policy sets the minimum safety and conduct standards for everyone who uses our website, forms, communities, messaging channels, matchmaking services or introductions. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse, sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content and fraud.

1 · Who and what this policy covers

This AUP applies to every visitor, applicant, member, client, candidate and participant using Agency-managed services or communications, and to conduct arising directly from an Agency introduction where that conduct materially affects member safety or the integrity of the service. Our services are for adults aged 18 or over only.

2 · General rule

You may use our services only for lawful, genuine relationship and matchmaking purposes. You must not use the Agency, its members, data, communities, introductions or communications to harm, exploit, deceive or unlawfully obtain something from another person. Paying a fee does not create a right to remain on the service if these standards are breached.

3 · Prohibited conduct

3.1 Human trafficking and sexual exploitation

You must not recruit, transport, harbour, control, advertise, solicit, exploit or facilitate another person for human trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation or any related abusive purpose. You must not use an introduction, profile or communication to locate, groom, control or exploit a person.

3.2 Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

You must not upload, send, request, create, possess through our systems, distribute, promote or facilitate CSAM or other sexual content involving a person under 18. You must not groom, sexualise, exploit or seek sexual contact with a child. This includes real, manipulated, computer-generated or synthetic sexual material depicting or purporting to depict a child. Any suspected CSEA/CSAM is treated as a serious safety matter.

3.3 Sexual violence, coercion and exploitation

You must not threaten, encourage, facilitate or engage in rape, sexual assault, sexual violence, sexual coercion, sexual extortion, forced sexual activity, exploitation of vulnerability, or any sexual activity without freely given consent. You must not use our services to arrange or promote sexual services or exploitative sexual activity.

3.4 Non-consensual intimate or sexual content

You must not create, record, request, share, distribute or threaten to share intimate or sexual images, video, audio or other sexual content without the clear consent of the person depicted or recorded. This includes revenge pornography, voyeuristic material, sextortion and sexually explicit deepfakes or manipulated content created without consent.

3.5 Pornographic and sexually explicit content

You must not use Agency-managed profiles, forms, communities or messaging channels to upload, display, send or distribute pornography, nudity, sexually explicit images, videos, audio or graphic sexual content, or to solicit such material. This rule does not prohibit reasonable, non-graphic discussion of adult relationships, boundaries, compatibility or sexual health where relevant and lawful.

3.6 Scams, fraud and financial exploitation

You must not use the service for romance scams, identity fraud, impersonation, phishing, deceptive fundraising, investment or cryptocurrency scams, gift-card scams, theft, financial grooming or any attempt to obtain money, property, banking details, passwords or other value by deception, coercion or abuse of trust. Do not falsely claim an emergency, business opportunity, investment, debt or personal circumstance to extract money from another member.

3.7 Harassment, threats, stalking, hate and abuse

You must not harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, blackmail, extort, doxx, bully or abuse another person, or direct hateful or discriminatory abuse at them. Repeated unwanted contact after a person has asked you to stop is prohibited.

3.8 Dishonesty, impersonation and misuse of the service

You must not materially misrepresent your identity, age, relationship status, intentions, criminal history or other information relied on for vetting or matching. You must not impersonate another person, create accounts for another person without authority, scrape member data, commercially solicit members without permission, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

4 · No aiding, abetting, encouraging or facilitating prohibited conduct

You must not aid, abet, encourage, instruct, recruit for, conspire in, facilitate, conceal or materially assist any activity prohibited by this AUP. This applies whether the intended victim is an Agency member or any other person and whether the conduct is carried out directly or through a third party.

5 · Reporting a concern

If you believe someone is using the service in breach of this AUP, contact support@blackdatingv.com as soon as possible. Include the person’s name or profile details, what happened, when it happened and any relevant information you can safely provide. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence. Where there is an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact the emergency services first.

6 · How we respond

Depending on the seriousness and credibility of the concern, we may pause introductions, restrict communications, suspend access, remove content or community access, preserve relevant records, request further information, terminate membership, or refer the matter to law enforcement, safeguarding bodies, payment providers or other competent authorities where lawful and appropriate. Serious categories such as trafficking, CSEA/CSAM, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate content and serious fraud may result in immediate suspension without prior warning.

7 · Law enforcement and safeguarding cooperation

We cooperate with lawful law-enforcement and safeguarding requests in accordance with our Law Enforcement Policy at https://blackdatingv.com/law-enforcement-policy/. We seek to verify requests, identify a lawful basis, disclose only information that is necessary and proportionate, and handle special-category and criminal-offence data with additional care.

8 · Decisions, complaints and appeals

Where appropriate, we may ask a member for an explanation before making a final account decision. We are not required to provide advance notice wheredoing so could create a safety risk, prejudice an investigation or conflict with law. If you believe an account decision was made in error, write to support@blackdatingv.com. Safety restrictions may remain in place while the matter is reviewed.

9 · Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP to reflect changes in law, safety practice, payment-provider requirements or our services. Material changes will be dated on the policy page. Continued use of the service after an update is subject to the version then in force, subject to applicable consumer law.
